Refund Policy

Thirty-day refunds

If a plugin does not work as described, contact us within thirty days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.

How to request one

Send us your licence key and a short description of the problem through the contact page. We would rather fix the issue, so please give us a chance to help first.

When we cannot refund

We do not refund purchases made more than thirty days ago, renewals you forgot to cancel after the renewal date has passed, or requests based only on a change of mind after extensive use.

After a refund

Refunding a purchase revokes its licence key and deactivates the plugin’s sites. You must remove the plugin from your sites.
