In short: tell us within 30 days of buying and we refund it in full, with no reason needed. The refund goes back through Stripe within three working days.

The 30-day guarantee
If a plugin you bought from us does not do what you needed, tell us within 30 days of the purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason, though if you do we will listen — a refund request is the most honest feedback we get. The guarantee applies to the first purchase of each plan; it does not apply to subscription renewals, which you can prevent by cancelling at any time from your account.
How to ask
Send us a message through the contact page using the address on your account, or open a request from the support area of your account, and say which purchase you want refunded. That is all.
How quickly
We issue the refund through Stripe within three working days of your request. Stripe returns the money to the original payment method; banks usually show it within five to ten working days after that. You receive a credit note by email for your records.
What happens to the licence
When a purchase is refunded its licence key is revoked, so updates and support for that key stop. Because our plugins are GPL software, the copy you already have keeps working; we simply no longer provide service for it.
Renewals
Yearly plans renew automatically. You can cancel the renewal at any time from the billing portal in your account, and cancelling keeps your licence active until the end of the period you have paid for. If a renewal was charged that you intended to cancel, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have a legal right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days, unless you asked for it to be supplied straight away and acknowledged that this ends the right to cancel — which is what happens when you download immediately after checkout. Our 30-day guarantee is broader than that right and applies regardless. Nothing here reduces any right you have by law.
