Why sites run Help Centre

Fewer people need to ask

Search that ranks a title above a passing mention, and matching articles offered while someone types their question — before they can send it. The cheapest request is the one never opened.

Nothing gets lost

Every request has a reference, a status and a thread. Customers follow it by link without making an account; you work a queue instead of an inbox.

You find out what is not working

Readers say whether an article helped, and the dashboard lists the ones they said no to — the fastest way to find the page quietly failing everyone who reads it.

Features

Everything a help centre needs, and one place to run it

A knowledge base worth reading

Articles in topics, ordered the way you arranged them rather than by date, with a table of contents built from the article's own headings and related reading at the end.

Search that understands a sentence

WordPress search demands every word appear, so "how do I get a refund on my order" finds nothing. Ours matches on the words that matter and ranks a title above a passing mention in paragraph nine.

Was this helpful?

Readers answer in one click, and the dashboard lists the articles they said no to. It is the fastest way to find the page that is quietly failing everyone who reads it.

An FAQ that Google can read

Questions grouped and shown as an accordion that opens without JavaScript, with FAQPage markup so a question can win its own result in search.

Requests, not an inbox

Every request gets a reference, a status and a thread. Work a queue that defaults to what still needs a reply, rather than scrolling a mailbox.

No account needed

Customers write with an email address and get a private link back to their own conversation. Signed-in customers see all of theirs in one list.

Licensing

How your licence works

How do I install it?

After checkout you get a licence key and a download link straight away, plus an email copy. Upload the ZIP under Plugins → Add New, activate it, and paste your key into the plugin settings.

How do updates work?

Once your key is entered, new versions appear on your Plugins screen and install with one click, exactly like a plugin from the WordPress directory.

What happens when my licence expires?

The plugin keeps working. You only lose access to new updates and support until you renew.

Do staging sites use an activation?

No. Local installs, .test and .local domains, and staging or dev subdomains are free and unlimited.
