Multisite networks

Network-activate it and every site gets its own settings, its own log and its own trusted list. Nothing is shared, because one site's office is not another's, and a lockout on one site does not affect the others.

The tables are per-site, created as each site is created. While the plugin is network-activated, a site deleted from the network takes its own log with it. A site deleted while the plugin was switched on for that site alone leaves its log behind at the time, and deleting the plugin clears those leftovers away.
