Getting started

Install the plugin, activate it, and enter your licence key under Email Delivery → Licence. Updates then arrive on the Plugins screen like any other plugin.

Then do these two things, in this order:

1. Send a test. Email Delivery → Send a test. Before changing anything, find out whether this site can already send email. It often can, and it often cannot, and guessing is the one thing that never helps.
2. If it cannot, set up a mail service. Email Delivery → Settings. Two or three minutes, and it is the change that fixes almost every case.

If you later move the site to a new address, its email waits until you confirm the move: see Copies of your site.
