This plugin is a tool, not legal advice. It is built around what regulators have actually said and enforced, and it does the technical part properly — but whether your site meets the rules depends on what your site does, where your visitors are, and what you tell them. If you are unsure, ask somebody qualified.

What it can do is make the technical half true: that the tags really are held back, that the question is asked fairly, and that you can show what was answered.
