A screen that reports rather than asks. It names what it found on your site — WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, WPML, Polylang, TranslatePress — and lists exactly what it does about each one. None of it is a setting, because a basket page is not cacheable in a way anybody could have an opinion about.
It is there because the work is invisible. All of it happens whether or not anybody reads the screen, and a merchant who cannot see it has to take on trust that their checkout is safe.
The same screen shows the two ways any plugin can keep itself out of the cache: the DONOTCACHEPAGE constant every caching plugin honours, and the trnc_bypass filter, which can also say why — and what it says appears in Diagnostics.
