What happens if I delete the plugin?

Nothing is deleted. Your settings and your log stay where they are, so reinstalling puts you back where you were.

If you want them gone, turn on Delete the settings and the log when the plugin is deleted under Settings → When uninstalling before you delete it. Deactivating never deletes anything either way.
