Where a campaign stands

A saved campaign shows its status under its name at the top of the editor — the same word the Campaigns list uses — and, when it shows nowhere, why: no end date, not started yet, switched off, ended, no products chosen, or a cut-off whose every cut-off for weeks ahead is a day off. Saving a campaign that shows nowhere says so in the message too, so you are not sent to the shop to find nothing there.
