The Filters tab groups conditions by topic. Text conditions carry a match mode: contains, is exactly, does not contain, starts with, ends with, is empty. Term conditions carry an operator: any of, all of, none of.

Products: IDs (list or from-to range), name, SKU, slug, descriptions, type, status, publish dates, author, catalog visibility, featured, has image, regular and sale price ranges, sale date window, stock status, backorders, stock range, sold individually, downloadable, weight and dimension ranges, categories (including children), tags, every attribute, other product taxonomies. The Author filter and the Author column list the first 500 people whose role may edit posts. The list is kept between page loads and built again as soon as someone is given or loses such a role, is deleted or changes their display name; a change made straight in the database, around WordPress, shows within a day.

Orders: order numbers, line item name, customer email, status, transaction ID, order dates, customer note, every billing and shipping field, countries.

Coupons: IDs, code, description, status, discount type, amount range, created dates, whether an expiry is set, expiry dates, free shipping.

Reviews: IDs, text search, product, status, type (review or reply), rating, verified owner, dates.

Date filters use your store's timezone: "Placed from 10 September" starts at midnight on 10 September where your shop is, not in UTC.

Text conditions look for what you type, as you type it: a coupon code such as 30%BFRIDAY, a <, two spaces in a row or a backslash are matched as they are. Earlier versions took out every % followed by two of the characters 0 to 9 and A to F, capital or small, as in a web address's %20, so "is exactly 30%BFRIDAY" found nothing and "contains 30%BF" listed every code with 30 in it. A view saved then keeps the shortened text: open it, type the condition again, press Apply filters and save the view again under the same name.

Filters apply to the editor you are in and are cleared each time you open it; switch on Keep filters after reloading the page in Display to keep them, or save them as a view (see Saved views) to put them back in one click. The badge on the Filters button shows how many conditions are active.
