Letting shoppers close it
Under Behaviour, Let shoppers close the bar adds a dismiss button. Choose how many days it stays closed for; zero keeps it closed for the rest of that visit only. The choice is remembered in the shopper's own browser, so it works on a cached site and nothing about them is stored on your server.
You can also delay the bar's first appearance, have it hide itself after a number of seconds, and turn off the celebration animation. The celebration already stands aside for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion.
