Schema Pro Documentation

Schema Pro adds Schema.org structured data to your site so Google can show rich results — star ratings, recipe cards, FAQ dropdowns, job listings and more.

After activating the plugin and entering your licence key, two things are worth doing before you add any schema:

1. Open Schema Pro → Site identity and confirm whether the site represents an organisation or a person. This produces the publisher entity that most other schema types reference, so getting it right once improves everything else.
2. Leave Breadcrumb markup on unless another plugin already outputs breadcrumbs. Two sets of breadcrumb markup on one page is worse than none.
3. Toolbar shortcut puts a Test this page link in the admin toolbar, so an editor can check any page against Google without leaving it. Turn it off if you would rather keep the toolbar clear.
