Getting started

Updated Schema Pro 1.14.0Tested with WordPress 7.1

When you activate Schema Pro, a notice offers a short setup. It asks two questions — who publishes this site, and what your posts are — then creates a working schema and confirms it is active. On a WooCommerce shop it also offers a Product schema for every product, ticked by default. That is enough for most sites, and everything it does can be changed afterwards. If you skip the second question and add no Product schema, the last step says that no schema was added yet and offers the schema types instead.

If you dismissed the notice, the setup is always available from the empty schemas screen, or at Schema Pro → Schemas when nothing is configured yet. A site that already had schemas when it updated to 1.13.3 is not shown the notice.
