  1. Why are my rich results not showing in Google?Valid markup makes a page eligible for rich results; it does not guarantee them.
  2. Does this conflict with Yoast, Rank Math or my theme?Mostly it is handled for you.
  3. Do I need one schema per post?Almost never.
  4. A field keeps showing the wrong valueA value typed into a field overrides the automatic one for every page the schema applies to.
  5. The markup is not updating after I edited a postSaving a post clears the cache, so this is normally handled, and on a WooCommerce shop a stock, price or review change clears that product's markup too.
  6. Can I use my own JSON-LD?Yes.
  7. Which types support ratings?Product, Recipe, Software Application, Review and Movie all accept a rating.
  8. Will this slow my site down?It should not.
  9. Why does it use custom tables instead of postmeta?A site with a few thousand posts can carry hundreds of thousands of postmeta rows.

  18. Why does the picker say Google no longer shows FAQ or How-to results?Because it does not.
  19. Why does my FAQ start on one page instead of every page?An FAQ's questions belong to the page they appear on.
  20. Why are there two breadcrumb blocks on my shop's pages?There should be one.
  21. Can I declare my return policy?Yes, for an organisation: fill in Site Identity → Return Policy.
  22. Can I add my business address and company numbers?Yes, for an organisation: fill in Site Identity → Organisation Details.
  23. A profile address with an accent in it lost letters when I saved itAddresses are now kept exactly as pasted, including the % codes a browser writes for an accent or a non-Latin letter (soci%C3%A9t%C3%A9 for société).
  24. Can Google show my shipping costs?Yes, from a shipping policy for the whole shop: Site Identity → Shipping Policy, for an organisation.
  25. Does it work with WPML or Polylang?Yes.
  26. My prices are in a custom field — can Schema Pro use them?Yes.
  27. Does it work with WooCommerce?Yes, and there is nothing to map.
  28. My variable products still show a price rangeCheck Tools → Integrations → WooCommerce → Mark up each variation of a variable product.
  29. Why does Schema Pro no longer say my posts need an image?Because Google does not require one for an article.
  30. Why is WooCommerce's Product markup still on some products?Because no active Product schema covers them.
  31. Can I aim a schema at one page without knowing its ID?Yes.
  32. Is the plugin available in my language?English, Spanish and French are included, and the plugin follows your site language automatically.
  33. Tools said everything was fine, but Search Console lists pages with a missing fieldOlder versions checked each schema against one sample page, and preferred one with a featured image, so posts without an image were never looked at.
  34. Can the markup give away my members-only content?Not from the post itself.
  35. A mapped field is empty on some posts. What happens?The property is omitted for those posts rather than output empty, which would be invalid.
  36. Why does the page not reload when I save?Because it does not need to.
  37. The confirmation message disappears too quicklyHover it and it stays.
  38. I have used all my activations. Which sites are they?The plugin's Licence screen lists them.
  39. What happens to a site I free?Its copy of the plugin keeps working exactly as it is.
  40. The licence screen says "Not activated on this site"Your key is fine — this site simply is not one of the sites using it.
