With WPML or Polylang, the words you type on the Networks screen (the heading, the copy confirmation, the X username, and the AI assistants' prompt and heading) can be translated like any other text on the site: in WPML under String Translation, in Polylang under Languages → Translations. The plugin tells both of them about these fields, and prints each reader the version in their language. Left empty, the headings, the confirmation and the prompt are the plugin's own wording, which is already translated.
Hide share buttons on this post follows translations. A new translation starts with the original's setting, and a translation that has never been given one of its own follows the original, so hiding the buttons on the English privacy page hides them on the French one too. Untick it on a translation to show the buttons there only.
The Follow screen's heading is offered for translation the same way, once you have typed one.
The Share title and Share summary never cross languages. A translation without its own is shared with its own title and excerpt, in its own language, never with the original's share words. WPML offers the two fields for translation with the post; Polylang starts a new translation without them. The Share picture does follow: a translation without one of its own is shared with its original's, and WPML and Polylang copy it to every translation.
