Turning them off for one post
Open the post and untick Hide the buttons here in the Share buttons box in the sidebar. That leaves every other post alone, which a list of IDs on a settings screen does not.
If you would rather keep a list, Never on these posts on the placement screen takes post IDs separated by commas.
