Privacy tools

Tools → Export Personal Data includes a person's requests, with each conversation as the customer sees it, and the rating they gave (Good or Not good), their comment and when, where they rated one. A subject, name or comment the customer wrote shows on the export's page as words, a < included, and never as a link or a tag, one that is nothing but a web address included. In the .json file in the same download, such a value has its first : written as :, and a < as <. Tools → Erase Personal Data deletes their requests outright, every reply and private note with them. A request belongs to a person by the address it was sent from, and by the account that sent it. The notes readers write after a No are in neither tool, because nothing ties a note to a person; delete one from the article's What readers said box.
