Help Centre Documentation

A knowledge base, an FAQ and a support desk — so people find the answer, and reach you when they cannot.

Under the title

Settings → On an article decides what sits between the title and the article:

  • When it was last updated — on by default. An article nobody has touched in two years reads as one nobody maintains.
  • How long it takes to read — off by default. Worth it on long articles, noise on short ones. Counted at 200 words a minute, with a one-minute floor.

Both sit under the breadcrumb, which always shows the help centre and the article's topic — the only way back if someone arrived from a search result.

Still stuck? We answer support email from real people.
