Can the pinned bar show different buttons from the row under the post?
Yes. On Display → Positions, set Pinned bar networks to Choose for this position and tick the ones you want, or press Suggested for phones: WhatsApp, Copy link, More. The floating rail has the same choice under Floating rail networks. The row under the post keeps the networks ticked on the Networks screen.
