Yes. With WooCommerce's own threshold, the currency switcher converts the Free shipping method and the bar follows it. If you type the threshold yourself, the bar converts it for each shopper with WooCommerce Multilingual (WPML), FOX Currency Switcher, CURCY and Aelia Currency Switcher. Type it in your shop's own currency. For any other switcher, a developer can convert it with the trfs_threshold filter.
