Answer

A client says their preview link stopped working

Updated Coming Soon and Maintenance Mode 1.12.0Tested with WordPress 7.1

Find their link under Access → Preview Links. If it says Ended, its end date has passed: add a new link for them, as an end cannot be moved. If it is not on the list, it was removed. If somebody pressed New address, the address they hold is the old one: send them the one the list shows now.

A link that is on the list and has not ended can still be blocked by the browser. Opening it sets a cookie for a week, and a browser that refuses cookies, or a private window closed since, forgets it: they open the link again. Last opened shows the last day somebody holding that link saw the site.
