Deleting it leaves your settings and counts alone by default, so an accidental delete costs nothing. To have everything removed, your follow profiles included, turn on Delete all data on uninstall on the Display screen first. That also removes each post's share title, summary and picture from the Share buttons box. The pictures themselves stay in your media library.
