Yes. Switch on Add a Pinterest button to images under Networks. A Save button then appears on the images in your posts when a reader points at one (always, on a phone or tablet), and pins that image with its alt text. Images narrower than 200px are left alone. To keep one image off Pinterest, select it in the editor, open Advanced, and add nopin under Additional CSS class(es). The nopin and data-pin-nopin attributes work too.
