Open Posts (or Pages, or Products) in wp-admin. The Shares column shows each post's total and the three networks it was shared on most, and pressing the column's heading sorts the list by it. Inside a post, the Share buttons box in the sidebar lists every network and its count. The numbers are presses of your share buttons, and the column appears while Count button presses is on.
