The pinned bar covers Lucky Wheel's or Dark Mode's button on phones

While the bar is showing it publishes its height as --trasl-bottom-inset, and the floating buttons of our other plugins move up by that much, so every share button can be tapped. If one of them still sits on the bar, update that plugin to its latest version. A widget from anyone else can do the same with bottom: calc(20px + var(--trasl-bottom-inset, 0px)), or you can raise the bar above it with Distance from the bottom (px).
