Answer

Can editors or shop managers manage redirects?

Updated Redirects 1.8.1Tested with WordPress 7.1

Yes, once you say so. Under Settings → Who can manage redirects, tick Editors, or Shop managers on a WooCommerce shop. They then get the Dashboard, Redirects and Broken links, and the Old addresses panel beside the pages they edit. Settings, the licence, importing and exporting stay with administrators.

Until you choose, only administrators can, and the Dashboard asks you once. Every redirect is held to the same refusals whoever writes it. Shop managers can redirect only to addresses on this site, and so can editors on a network (see the next question). For any other role, a role editor plugin can give it the capability trrd_manage_redirects.
