Yes, while Carry anything after the ? through to the new page under Settings → Redirecting is on, which it is unless you switched it off. Everything after the ? goes with the visitor as it was sent, so a campaign name with spaces or accents arrives with them. If the new address already has a value of the same name, the new address's value is kept.
