Missing files are left out by default, under Settings → Watching for broken links. A missing image is a different job from a moved page, and mixing the two makes the list unreadable. Switch it off there if you want them.
The same setting leaves out the addresses scanners ask every site on the internet for, like /.env. Those were never links on your site.
