Answer

Does it work on a multisite network?

Updated NimbleCache 1.7.0Tested with WordPress 7.1

Yes. Each site has its own settings and its own cached pages, and a page is only ever served on the site it was built for. Clearing one site's cache leaves the others alone. Installing the fast path edits wp-config.php, which every site shares, so that part is for a network administrator.
