Does this conflict with Yoast, Rank Math or my theme?
Mostly it is handled for you. Schema Pro detects Yoast, Rank Math, SEOPress, All in One SEO and The SEO Framework, and stands down for the parts they already output — site identity, breadcrumbs and the sitelinks search box. Check Tools → Other schema plugins to see which plugin is handling what.
Article and Web Page markup is the exception: by default we still output ours, because the schema you configured here usually carries more detail. If you see two Article blocks on a post, turn on Also let them handle Article and Web Page markup on the same screen.
A theme that hardcodes its own markup cannot be detected. In that case, look at your page source for a second application/ld+json block and either remove the theme's or set the competing Schema Pro schema to Draft.
