Open Campaigns and read the status beside it. Each one names its reason, and the campaign's own editor says it in a sentence under the campaign's name:
- Off — the campaign's own Enable this campaign switch is off.
- Scheduled — its Start date and time has not arrived yet.
- No end date — a fixed-date campaign with nothing to count to.
- No time set — a daily or weekly cut-off with no Cut-off time.
- Ended — its date has passed.
- No products chosen — Apply to is set to categories, tags or particular products, and none are chosen, so it covers no product.
- Needs WooCommerce — it only shows on product pages or listings, or counts to sale dates, and WooCommerce is not active.
- Needs a product placement — it counts to each product's sale end date but is placed only in the bar or above content, where there is no product to read a date from. Tick Product pages or Shop and category listings.
A campaign whose Placement column says Shortcode only has no placement ticked, so it appears only where you have put its shortcode.
If every campaign says Live and still nothing shows, the site-wide Enable countdown timers switch under Settings is off — the dashboard says so at the top.
If a sale campaign is the one showing nothing, check the product actually has an end date in its Sale price dates. A sale with a start date and no end has nothing to count to, which is correct — there is no deadline.
