No timer is showing anywhere
Four things switch a timer off, and the dashboard names whichever applies: the site-wide switch under Settings, the campaign's own Campaign is live toggle, a Not before date that has not arrived, and a campaign with no placements ticked.
If a sale campaign is the one showing nothing, check the product actually has an end date in its Sale price dates. A sale with a start date and no end has nothing to count to, which is correct — there is no deadline.
