No. Your reCAPTCHA secret and your Mailchimp and Klaviyo keys are deliberately left out, and the panel says so. That file is made to be moved — emailed, dropped in a shared folder, sometimes committed — so it carries no keys and never your licence key. The switches travel; you paste the keys in again on the new site. The MailPoet and FluentCRM lists are left out too, as their numbers mean nothing on another site: choose them again on the Email Lists screen.
