  5. Why does the exceptions box not offer my blog posts?Because they are not ticked, so it was never going to show on one and an exception for it would do nothing.
  6. Can someone cheat by editing the page?No.
  7. What happens when a prize runs out?If you set a stock on a prize, it is reduced by one each time that prize is won.
  8. Do the coupons expire?By default they expire a set number of days after they are won — you choose how many on the Settings screen, or set it to 0 for coupons that never expire.
  9. Does it work with page caching?Yes.
  10. Winners forget their codeSwitch on Remind winners of their code on later pages under Settings → Messages.
  11. Can the wheel email winners before their code runs out?Yes.

  14. How do I stop the same person winning again and again?Lucky Wheel allows one spin per email address by default, and checks it on your server when the spin happens, so the same address cannot spin twice.

  29. What does "Unlike your coupon defaults" under a prize mean?The coupon you chose as that prize's rules is looser than the Coupon Defaults on the Settings screen, and the prize's codes follow the coupon.

  32. Why does the page not reload when I save?Because it does not need to.

  35. What happens to a site I free?Its copy of the plugin keeps working exactly as it is.

  37. Can I copy my wheel to another site?Yes.
  38. Does that file contain my API keys?No.
  39. Why did my page rules not come across?Because they name pages by number, and the page that is number 412 on one site is something else on the other.
  40. Why did my prizes' coupon rules not come across?For the same reason: each prize's Coupon rules names a coupon by its number, and that coupon does not exist, or is a different one, on the other site.
