Yes. Settings → Import / Export. Export settings downloads a small .json; Import settings on the other site reads it back and the wheel is set up the way you had it — prizes, odds, colours, wording, coupon defaults and all. A prize's Coupon rules are the exception, below.
The file also carries each prize's stock as it was when you exported it. So importing it back into a shop that has been winning since puts those numbers back: check the Stock column on the Wheel screen afterwards.
