How do I show it on only a few pages?
Set Show it to Only where I tick below, leave the tick boxes alone, and put those pages into And also on these particular ones. Start typing a page's name and choose it — there are no IDs to look up.
If you mean a whole kind of page rather than a handful, tick it instead.
