How do I stop the same person winning again and again?
Lucky Wheel allows one spin per email address by default, and checks it on your server when the spin happens, so the same address cannot spin twice.
The limit is Spins per email, under Settings → General. Set it above 1, or to 0 for no limit, and Wait between spins (24 hours by default) decides how soon an address may spin again. Two spins sent at the same moment cannot get past either.
Three more things help:
- Email domain rule accepts only the domains you list, or blocks them, such as a throwaway address service.
- Lock coupon to the winner's email is on by default, so a code passed on to somebody else does not work for them.
- A hidden form field, a limit of 30 spins an hour from one connection, and optional reCAPTCHA v3 keep automated spins out.
No setting can stop one person with several real email addresses: each address is a new spin.
