Use Tools → Erase Personal Data with their email address: the wheel clears their name, phone number, IP address and consent, takes the address off the coupons it gave them, and keeps only the counts. Tools → Export Personal Data shows what it holds first. To remove a lead completely, numbers included, press Delete on its row on the Leads screen.
