Answer

Can I keep the editor open in two tabs?

Updated Bulk Editor 1.7.0Tested with WordPress 7.1

Yes, with one thing to know: your filters, columns and rows per page belong to you, not to the tab, so a change in one tab reaches the other. Opening the editor again in a new tab clears your filters, unless Keep filters after reloading the page is on. The editor watches for this. A change to All N records in this list stops before it changes anything if the list is no longer the one it asked about, and shows the list as it now is. A save stops if another tab has changed the columns since the page loaded, and a view is not saved from a list another tab has changed. A long save may already have written its first batches when it stops: the message then says how many records were saved, and Undo on it puts them back. Moving to another page, Apply filters, Clear filters and saving Display bring the page up to date. In each case the message says what to do next. A page left open while the plugin was updated asks you to reload it before it saves.
