My download URL was refused
WooCommerce only serves downloads from approved directories. Administrators can add any URL directory by saving it (the editor behaves like the product screen); other users are limited to directories already approved, and a URL at a bare domain root can never be approved. Use a path such as https://cdn.example.com/files/guide.pdf.
