The quickest way: choose Fix dark mode here in the toolbar while looking at the page, click the badge or chart, and choose Keep its own colours. It shows at once, and Undo is right there if it caught the wrong thing.
Or name it under Images and Elements → Excluded Elements, one CSS selector per line. Anything matching, and everything inside it, keeps the colours it has in light mode — including colours your theme's stylesheet gives it. Use it wherever the colour is the information rather than decoration.
Under the Automatic method the colours are taken at the moment dark mode comes on, so a hover colour inside an excluded element stops changing, and something a script adds to the page later, such as a chat window, is darkened as usual.
