There can be. Turn Enable keyboard shortcut on, on the Toggle Button screen, and pick a combination — Shift + Alt + D (the default), Shift + Alt + L, Alt + K or Alt + M.
Only combinations the browser leaves alone are offered, on purpose. Ctrl and Cmd belong to the browser: Ctrl+D bookmarks the page. Alt + D is the browser's too — it moves to the address bar in Chrome, Edge and Firefox on Windows and Linux — so it is no longer offered, and a site that had chosen it uses Shift + Alt + D instead.
It never fires while somebody is typing in a field, a comment box or an editor.
