Yes. Advanced → Import / Export → Export settings, then import that file on the other site. It contains settings only: no content, no customer data and no licence key.
The dark logo and any Display Rules that name particular pages, posts or categories are left out when the file comes from another site, because those numbers point at different things there; the message after the import says so. Set them again on the new site. A file this same site exported keeps everything.
