My logo disappears in dark mode
It is almost certainly dark type on a transparent background, which vanishes on a dark page. Go to What to leave alone → Swap a picture and give it a light version, one pair per line:
https://example.com/wp-content/uploads/logo.png|https://example.com/wp-content/uploads/logo-white.png
Both addresses come from your media library.
