Can I put the switch in my menu instead of the corner?
Yes. Turn Only where I put it on under The switch, then place [dark_mode_switch] wherever you want it — a page, a widget, a block. Some themes let you put a shortcode in a menu item; if yours does not, a small widget area in the header usually does the job.
