Answer

I changed a setting and my posts still show the old list

Updated Table of Contents 1.8.1Tested with WordPress 7.1

The list is part of each cached page, so saving a change on the plugin's screens asks your page cache to empty, and so does switching the plugin off: NimbleCache, WP Rocket, WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache, LiteSpeed Cache, WP Fastest Cache, SiteGround Speed Optimizer, Breeze, WP-Optimize, WP Engine and Cloudflare's own plugin. If you still see the old list, a cache the plugin cannot ask, such as your host's own or a CDN, is keeping it: empty that cache, or wait for it to expire. Signed in, you are usually shown the page fresh, so check in a private window.
