Answer
I used Easy Table of Contents or LuckyWP. Do I have to edit my posts?
No. Deactivate the old plugin and leave the posts alone. Its [ez-toc], [toc] and [lwptoc] shortcodes, and LuckyWP's block, show this plugin's list in the same place, with the old title, heading levels and folding where they were set. A post where you had switched the old list off stays without an automatic list, and links people shared to the old sections, such as #How_to_pack, still land on the heading.
Settings → Switching from Another Plugin says what was found on your site. Nothing in the old plugin's data is changed, so activating it again hands everything back to it. While it is still active it keeps drawing its own lists.
Its colours, fonts and widths do not carry over: the list takes the design you choose on the Design screen.
