It prints as an empty box
That was a bug in the sense that a folded list used to print folded. It does not now: on paper the Show/Hide control disappears, anything folded is opened, and the filter is ignored, so a printed article carries the complete list.
If you are seeing an empty box, your browser is printing a cached copy of the page — reload it and print again.
