Answer

An FAQ has gone from the list

Updated Help Centre 1.12.0Tested with WordPress 7.1

It has a password, or a membership plugin keeps it for its members. Such an FAQ is not listed for anybody, members included: an FAQ has no page of its own, so the membership plugin has nowhere to check who is reading, and its answer would be printed for every visitor. Remove the password or the restriction to show it again, or put the answer in an article, which members can open.
