Answer

Deleting spam requests

Updated Help Centre 1.12.0Tested with WordPress 7.1

Something got past the form and the queue is full of junk. On Help Centre → Requests, tick the box at the top of the list to tick every request on the page, untick any real ones, choose Delete permanently under Bulk actions and press Apply. You are asked first, with the number of requests that will go. Each goes with its conversation and any files sent with it, and it cannot be undone. The queue shows 25 requests a page, so a bigger pile takes a press per page. Search first for a word the junk has in common in its subject or address, and the page holds only those; after each press the queue comes back with the same search.

If you would rather keep them out of the way than delete them, choose Resolve and tick Without emailing the customers, so nobody is sent a Resolved email about junk.
