Does it work with page caching?
Yes. The help centre and articles are ordinary cacheable pages. Search runs through the REST API, so it is unaffected by the cache. A customer's own request thread carries a key in the URL, which most caching plugins treat as uncacheable automatically — if yours does not, exclude the page holding [trasl_my_tickets].
