Answer

Why are readers not asked what they were looking for?

Updated Help Centre 1.12.0Tested with WordPress 7.1

Settings → Article Page → After a No, ask what was missing has to be on, and so does Show a "Was this helpful?" vote above it. It is on for a new install, and off on a help centre that had the plugin before it, where the dashboard offers it once an article has three No votes. The box appears only after a reader presses No, not after Yes.
